International Track & Trace

SIRA Barcodes — The International Language of Commerce

U.S., food sales currently exceed 1.3 trillion U.S. dollars and over 50% of that revenue is applicable to perishable (cold chain) product, therefore SIRA anticipates significant U.S. acceptance.  SIRA’s germane intellectual property and/or patents pending also repose in developed countries throughout the world.  The global barcode data collection infrastructure, in concert with the track & trace compatibility of the SIRA Food Sentinel System®, appropriately and valuably responds to the significantly unified worldwide imperative to guarantee safe food, pharmaceuticals and biologicals.

The synonym Track & Trace implies wherefrom and whereto — key to establishing the source of adulteration and where it likely spread.

How ready are we to be part of the global marketplace?

In the statement below, Japan codifies a quintessential global “wish list” item for a food safety monitor through its regulatory food safety utility code, SIRA Technologies lines up perfectly with their regulatory technology agenda.

JAPANESE UTILITY MODEL PUBLICATION NO. 59-163543 Code section 2:

“… is an “automatic process” for determining the quality of a product that undergoes progressive changes upon exposure to environmental stimuli by attaching an indicator device. The indicator has both variable and non-variable regions.  When the variable regions change in response to the stimuli, the change is calculated based on a pre-established relationship (preferably by a computer).” The text is exactly as published by the Japanese Government.
